Do you think it's important to strike a balance between planned activities and relaxation time during a vacation? Why or why not?

I study on weekends as well, but I always take a longer break on Sunday, you know, just to build in some relaxation time.

Obviously there's blocks in the calendar for anytime I have a phone call and sometimes I even block in relaxation time on the calendar just to remind me to actually do it.
